Shipping policy
All of our products are shipped to you using a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping on all orders. No code is necessary; free shipping will be applied at checkout and includes duties.
Once the order is placed, cancellations or adjustments are not possible. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email, and you can expect to receive your order based on the estimated delivery time below. Please note that delivery times are estimates.

LUMINACORE ships only on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next business day.
If your package is damaged during shipment, please email lmncore@163.com within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can assist you further.
